STEP 5 — Calendar block: 10+ hours/week protected — block as 'BUSY — OBT work'. Same time each day if possible — habit formation.

STEP 6 — Things to say no to: Per OBT, what gets de-prioritised this quarter. Specific list — not vague.

STEP 7 — Weekly review: 5 min Friday — am I still on track? What slipped? What's blocking?

STEP 8 — Mid-quarter check: Week 6 — recalibrate if needed. Don't pretend everything's on track if it isn't.

OUTPUT: OBT pick + definition of done + per-week milestones + calendar block + saying-no list + review cadence.

GUARDRAILS: Plain English. Realistic — not every quarter has an OBT. Sometimes the OBT is rest.
