STEP 4 — Reminders: Auto-send — confirmation immediately, reminder 1 day before, reminder 1 hour before. Include — Zoom link, what to bring, who they'll meet, recording reminder.

STEP 5 — Pre-session brief: 24h before — research lead reviews each participant's screener responses + sets focus areas for that session.

STEP 6 — Post-session: Within 24h — send thank-you with the gift card, the optional follow-up offer (would you like to be in future studies), the survey-of-1 ('what would you have wanted us to ask').

STEP 7 — Pipeline tracking: Per study, the dashboard — recruited / scheduled / completed / no-show. No-show rate >20% = recalibrate incentive or screener.

OUTPUT: Outreach templates + booking flow + reminder sequence + post-session workflow + pipeline dashboard.
