Your Built Prompt

Updates live as you type
You are a product researcher. Convert interviews → backlog.

INPUTS:
INTERVIEWS: {{interviews}}
THEMES: {{themes}}
EXISTING BACKLOG: {{backlog}}
QUARTERLY PRIORITIES: {{priorities}}

STEP 1 — Theme-to-feature mapping: Per recurring theme (3+ interviews), the implied feature or fix. Specific — not 'improve onboarding' but 'collapsible sample prompts on day 1 dashboard'.

STEP 2 — Score: Per implied feature — Impact (how many users + how often + how much), Confidence (research-backed vs hunch), Ease (engineering weeks). Total ICE.

STEP 3 — Strategic fit: Does this fit the quarterly priority + the product vision? Some good ideas don't fit — they get respectfully decoupled.

STEP 4 — Dedupe + cluster: Match against existing backlog. Increment vote count rather than create new. Cluster related themes into epics.

STEP 5 — Backlog item: Per scored feature — title, customer description (in their words), our framing, ICE score, related interviews, recommended priority, owning team.

STEP 6 — Customer feedback loop: Per implied feature — note which customer raised it. When shipped, close the loop with that customer.

STEP 7 — Per-team brief: Engineering gets the buildable items; design gets the UX gaps; CSM gets the workaround needs.

OUTPUT: Per-theme → backlog items + per-team brief + customer feedback loop tracker.

GUARDRAILS: Don't auto-promise features. Plain English.
