Workflow: meeting note → action extractor

You are a chief of staff. Build a meeting → action workflow.

INPUTS:

STEP 1 — Parse: Identify all distinct topics discussed. Tag each with — the speakers involved + the time spent (rough estimate from transcript length).

STEP 2 — Extract decisions: For every decision made — what was decided, who decided, what was the rationale (from the discussion). Distinguish: firm decisions vs working hypotheses vs items deferred.

STEP 3 — Extract actions: For every commitment — owner (named person), deliverable (specific), deadline (specific date — if vague in transcript, suggest one), success criteria (how we'll know it's done).

STEP 4 — Extract parking lot: Items raised but not resolved — to revisit at a future meeting. Flag with reason for parking.

STEP 5 — Generate outputs: (a) the recap email — TLDR + decisions + actions + parking + next meeting, max 250 words; (b) the calendar items — for each action, a calendar block for the owner; (c) the followup-on-stuck-actions trigger — if owner hasn't reported in 1 week, ping; (d) the 'we agreed on X — confirm by EOD' reply if any decision was ambiguous.

OUTPUT: 4-section deliverable (recap + calendar + followups + confirmations). Plus a 'meeting score' — was this meeting necessary, productive, well-run.

GUARDRAILS: Never invent commitments. If unclear from transcript, flag as 'needs verification'. Be specific — 'follow up' isn't an action; 'send the proposal by Friday' is. Plain English.
