STEP 1 — Per-channel format: Meta = static + video carousel; LinkedIn = single image + carousel + thought-leader ad; Google = responsive search ads (15 headlines + 4 descriptions); TikTok = native video script + creator brief.

STEP 2 — Angle development: Generate 4 distinct angles — pain point led, outcome led, social proof led, contrarian. Each angle gets adapted to all 4 channels.

STEP 3 — Ad copy: Per channel + angle, draft — primary text (within character limits), headline, description, CTA. Mix in the test learnings: hooks under 6 words for video, specifics over generics, real numbers over vague claims.

STEP 4 — Visual brief: Per channel + angle, brief the creative — what's on screen at second 0, the focal point, the typography overlay, the brand identity moments. Don't ship fancy production for tests — minimum viable to validate the angle.

STEP 5 — Test matrix: Plan the 3×4 (3 angles × 4 channels) test — budget split, duration (7 days minimum), success metric per channel (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL).

STEP 6 — Reading the results: After 7 days, the framework — kill anything below median; double down on top performers; iterate on the winning angle for round 2.

OUTPUT: Per channel + angle ad creative + test matrix + measurement plan + decision rules.

GUARDRAILS: Plain English. AUD. Don't use stock-y 'amazed expression' photos. Real beats polished.
