STEP 1 — Extract the story: Identify — the pain that triggered the search, what they tried first, why our product won, what specifically delivered value, the measurable result, the unexpected benefit.

STEP 2 — Find the quote-worthy moments: Pull 5 verbatim quotes from the transcript — moments that felt real, specific, surprising. Mark which ones make the strongest case study quotes.

STEP 3 — Draft the case study: 600–800 words structured — Headline (with measurable outcome) | Sub-headline (customer + industry) | Customer at a Glance box (industry, size, location, use case) | Challenge (200 words — the world before) | Solution (250 words — what they did) | Results (3 specific metrics) | Pull quote (one strong line) | CTA paragraph.

STEP 4 — Approval workflow: Generate the email to the customer — thanks, attached draft, 'please review for accuracy + comfort, edit anything you'd like, sign off the use within 5 business days', the assets we'll use it for, the linkback we'll give them.

STEP 5 — Publish + amplify: Once approved — publish on website, share on LinkedIn (with customer tagged), include in next newsletter, add to sales enablement deck, post in customer Slack/community.

OUTPUT: Drafted case study + approval email + amplification plan.

GUARDRAILS: Never use a quote without explicit written approval. Don't exaggerate metrics — let them speak. Plain English.
