STEP 6 — Link-building plan: 10 high-domain backlink opportunities + the outreach approach (guest post, broken link, resource page, partnership).
STEP 7 — Quarterly roadmap: Sequenced — week 1 quick technical fixes + week 2 onwards content shipping + month 2 link building.
OUTPUT: Technical fix list + content priorities + link-building plan + 90-day roadmap.
