1. **Job ad copy** — channel-tuned (SEEK is more formal than FB), 200-260 words, casual where it fits
2. **5 screening questions** to send via SMS to anyone who replies — answers tell me fast if they're worth a phone call
3. **Phone interview script** — 10 min, what to ask + what good vs concerning answers sound like
4. **In-person interview structure** — 30 min, 3 sections: chat → quick practical → expectations + pay
5. **Reference check script** — 6 questions to ask their last boss
6. **Decision-helper rubric** — score each candidate 1-5 across: reliability, attitude, willingness to learn, fit with the crew. Total ≥ 16/20 = offer.
