Quote follow-up — "still keen?" nudge

Write a follow-up SMS or email to a customer who hasn't replied to my quote.

For SMS: 1-2 short sentences. Reference the job, give a soft nudge, low pressure. Don't say 'just following up' — bin it.

For email: 60-90 words. Same energy but a touch more space. Acknowledge they've got a lot on. Mention any update if there is one. End with an easy yes (e.g. 'reply with a yes / not now / no worries' so they can answer in 5 sec).

Return just the message body.
