STEP 6 — Ownership audit: Records without an owner; records with terminated owners; records with the wrong owner per territory.

STEP 7 — Weekly report: To sales manager — quality score by AE, top issues to fix, the 'spotlight clean-up' list (their top 5 things to fix this week).

OUTPUT: Per-AE issues + auto-merge actions + manager dashboard.
