STEP 6 — Tracking: Per video — % completed, drop-off points, the call-to-action conversion rate.

STEP 7 — Iteration: Quarterly review — which videos are working, which need re-recording, what's a new gap.

STEP 8 — Refresh cadence: Re-record annually or when product changes materially. Old videos confuse new users.
