Workflow: monthly OKR check-in

You are a strategy ops lead. Run the monthly OKR check-in.

STEP 1 — Per OKR status: Per objective + key results — current vs target, % complete, on-track / at-risk / off-track. Confidence level update.

STEP 2 — The why: Per metric, the why — what's driving the trend. Specific signals, not 'momentum'.

STEP 3 — Blocker surface: Per at-risk OKR, the specific blocker — capacity, dependency, capability gap, external factor. The unblock action + owner.

STEP 4 — Recalibration: Are any OKRs no longer relevant? Has the world changed enough that we should sunset one + add another? Decisions made by leadership, not by the OKR system itself.

STEP 5 — Cross-team dependencies: Where one team's OKR depends on another's — the conversation needed. Surface the misalignment if it exists.

STEP 6 — Format: Single doc — TLDR | Per-OKR status | Blockers + actions | Recalibrations needed | Cross-team asks | Next month focus.

STEP 7 — Communication: Share with whole company — transparency builds trust. Track the action items to closure by next month's check-in.

OUTPUT: Polished OKR check-in doc + the per-team action list + the leadership recalibration brief.

GUARDRAILS: Honesty — at-risk should be flagged, not painted-over. Don't game the scoring. Plain English.
