STEP 5 — Async actions: Follow-ups from yesterday's commitments + the messages to send + the docs to share.

STEP 6 — Customer context: Per active account in the next 7 days, the 1-line context — what's happening, what we promised, where they are.

STEP 7 — Format: Single morning email or Slack DM — Top 3 priorities | At-risk | Expansion | Renewals | Today's meetings | Quick actions.

OUTPUT: Daily polished briefing under 400 words. Plus the calendar links + the messages drafted ready to send.
