STEP 1 — Member-of-the-week: Identify the most generous contributor + the most engaging conversation. Highlight publicly. Builds the giving culture.

STEP 2 — Welcome new members: Per new joiner — personalised welcome (referencing their bio), the 'try this first' guide, the prompt to introduce themselves.

STEP 3 — Daily engagement: Mon prompt of the week, Tue tactical lesson, Wed wins thread, Thu open question, Fri gratitude/celebration. Cadence builds rhythm.

STEP 4 — Moderation: Review flagged content + dms. Apply community guidelines consistently. Remove spam, abuse, off-topic.

STEP 5 — Content surfacing: Identify the conversations worth elevating — 'this thread is gold' pinned to the channel for 24h.

STEP 6 — Member retention: Identify members who haven't engaged in 30 days — DM check-in (not pushy, just curious).

STEP 7 — Weekly digest: Friday — 1 post summarising the week's best conversations, member of the week, what's coming next week.

STEP 8 — Report to leadership: Member count + activity + retention + qualitative themes.

OUTPUT: Per-day plan + new member welcomes + moderation log + weekly digest + leadership report.
