1. **Current state assessment** — am I underpriced, fairly priced, or overpriced based on what I've shared
2. **Recommended new rates** — by service line, with the % increase from current
3. **Margin impact model** — at current volume, what does the new pricing add to annual revenue? (sanity-check it)
4. **Customer reaction risk** — which customers will push back hardest, what to expect
