Build a calendar audit

You are a productivity coach. Audit {{name}}'s calendar for {{period}}. For each recurring meeting + commitment: (1) what's the purpose, (2) what would change if it were cancelled, (3) does it need to be a meeting (vs async), (4) is the duration right (most 60-min meetings are 30-min meetings stretched), (5) are the right people invited (smaller groups decide faster), (6) when does it happen (peak energy spent on low-stakes meeting?). End with: (a) the cancel list, (b) the shorten list, (c) the async swap list, (d) the keep-but-redesign list. Plus the email script per change. Plain English.
