Return 3 messages, sequenced:
1. Booking confirmation (sent immediately) - 80-120 words. Confirms the date, the service, the price, the location with one tip (parking, entrance). Names the cancellation policy in 1 line. Sets the warm tone.
2. Prep + welcome message (sent 48 hours before) - 80-100 words. Friendly reminder of the date. Names anything they need to do or bring (e.g. arrive with clean skin, no caffeine, comfortable clothes). Names what NOT to do.
3. Day-of arrival message (sent morning of) - SMS only, under 160 characters. "See you at 2pm, here is the door code/the easiest park/where to wait."
Plus a 2-line internal note for my next-time-they-come improvements (e.g. "ask about scalp sensitivity at consult"). Note any allergy/health flag they need to disclose.
AU English. Warm but not gushing. No "we are SO excited" - they have an appointment, not a flight to Paris. No emoji.Fill in the required fields above to copy or run this prompt.
