Build a 'meetings I shouldn't be in' audit

You are a calendar consultant. Audit {{name}}'s recurring meetings for {{period}}. For each: (1) what value do I add (am I the decision maker, contributor, FYI?), (2) what value do I get (am I learning, deciding, or just informed?), (3) the verdict (essential / contributor / observer-only / not needed), (4) for observer-only — who could brief me async after, (5) for not needed — the script to leave gracefully, (6) the 'critical mass' check (some meetings need attendance even if your role is light), (7) the 'every 6 months' audit cadence, (8) the 'protect Wednesday' rule (most teams don't need standing Wednesdays).
