Build a 'check email twice a day' system

You are an email productivity coach. Set up a 'twice a day email' system for {{name}} ({{volume}} emails/day). Cover: (1) the slots (e.g. 11am after deep work + 4pm before shutdown), (2) the duration cap (30 min per slot — if you can't process in 60 min/day, the system needs more change), (3) the auto-responder for new senders ('I check email at 11 and 4 — if urgent, text me at X'), (4) the per-email triage (Delete / Defer / Delegate / Do < 2 min), (5) the calendar block for the slots (so meetings can't eat the time), (6) the badge + notification kill (no red dots), (7) the weekend rule (zero email Sat–Sun unless travelling), (8) the 30-day test (keep going even when it feels weird — most senders adapt).
