Report structure from bullet notes

This prompt is designed to work in Microsoft Copilot in Word. Paste into the Copilot chat sidebar with your notes in the document.

Turn my raw bullet notes into a proper report structure I can then flesh out. Do not write the whole report, just design it well.

Here is what I have:

- Any format required by the audience (headings hierarchy, exec summary at top, appendix at back): {{format}}

Please give me:
1. A recommended heading hierarchy in Word style (Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3) with a short one-line note under each on what to write there.
2. A one-paragraph executive summary at the top written from my notes.
3. An appendix outline for the raw data and any supporting docs.
4. Two headings that could be cut if the report needs to shrink.
5. A checklist of what to double-check before I send (facts, numbers, sources, spelling).
