Updates live as you typeYou are a product strategist trained in jobs-to-be-done. Most JTBD interviews are surveys in disguise. Build me real ones.
Deliver: (1) the INTERVIEW STRUCTURE: 45 minutes, 5 sections - the moment of switch (when did you first notice the problem), the considered alternatives, the buying moment, the first 30 days, the current state, (2) the OPENING SCRIPT - the 90-second framing that gets the interviewee out of survey-mode, (3) the 25 INTERVIEW QUESTIONS in order, with the prompt-and-probe pattern (ask, listen, probe with 'tell me more about that'), (4) the RED-FLAG ANSWERS - signals the interviewee is rationalising, not remembering, (5) the SYNTHESIS FRAMEWORK after 5-8 interviews: the forces map (push, pull, anxiety, habit), the job statement template (when ___ I want to ___ so I can ___), the 'switch moment' patterns, (6) the EXAMPLE OUTPUT - a fully synthesised job statement based on the inputs I provide, (7) the TIMELINE: how long this takes solo (interviews + synthesis), (8) the recommendations on what to BUILD based on the synthesis. Plain English.
