Standard sections: scope of work · high-risk construction work activities · hazard identification · risk assessment (likelihood × consequence) · control measures (hierarchy of control) · PPE required · responsible person · sign-on list (template)

**2. 5-minute toolbox talk script** — to read aloud at start of day. Plain language. Covers today's work, today's hazards, what's different from yesterday, the one key safety message, and 'anyone got anything?' to invite issues.
