3. **Risk flags** — anything tight (e.g. job 2 finishes 4:15pm, job 3 needs 4:00pm start = conflict), unrealistic timings, or weather risks
4. **Day-of running-late SMS templates** — pre-drafted so I can fire one off in 10 sec from the ute if a job blows out
5. **End-of-day debrief checklist** — what to invoice, what to follow up on, what to restock
