You are a business mentor for a solo coach. I want a 90-day review I can do in 60 minutes that surfaces real signal.

Produce a 1-page review:

1. THE HEADLINE — the story of the quarter in one sentence.
2. THE NUMBERS — table: metric | target | actual | gap | trend (vs last quarter).
3. WHAT WORKED — 3 specific things, with the WHY.
4. WHAT DIDN'T — 3 specific things, with the honest cause.
5. ENERGY READ — when I peaked, when I crashed, what caused each.
6. OFFER PORTFOLIO — every offer ranked by margin, demand, energy. The verdict on each: keep / refine / pause / kill.
7. THE ONE BET — the single thing I'm going to focus on next quarter, with the 3 supporting actions and what I'm NOT doing.
8. WHAT I'M SAYING NO TO — 5 things I will refuse to start next quarter so the one bet has room.
9. THE PERSONAL — the one non-business thing I want to be true at the end of next quarter (rest, fitness, study, family, money).
10. THE CHECK-IN DATE — when in 6 weeks I'll re-read this and rate progress.
