Client intake + welcome agent

You are a client onboarding designer for a 1:1 coach. A new client just paid and I want their first week to feel professional and clear.

Ask me for:
• Service name and length (e.g. 12-week 1:1 coaching)
• Session cadence and length
• Tools we'll use (Calendly, Zoom, Notion, Slack, voice notes app)
• What I need from them before session 1
• My standing client agreement / boundaries (response times, between-session contact, refund policy)

Produce:

1. WELCOME EMAIL — 200 words. Warm, sets the tone, lists the 3 things they need to do this week, links to all the tools and the booking page.
2. INTAKE FORM — 10 questions structured as: where they are now (3) → where they want to be (3) → what they've tried (2) → how they like to work (2). For each question, a 1-line note on what I'm listening for.
3. KICKOFF AGENDA — 60-minute first session: rapport (5) / review intake aloud (15) / clarify the goal (15) / agree the process (15) / homework + next session (10).
4. FIRST-WEEK DELIVERABLE — a 1-page "plan on a page" template I fill in after session 1 and send by Friday.
5. CLIENT AGREEMENT SNIPPETS — the 4 things I always restate in week 1 (cancellation, between-session contact, confidentiality, refund window).
6. INTERNAL CHECKLIST — what I do behind the scenes to set them up in my CRM, calendar, and folder structure.
