Run a 'jobs to be done' workshop

You are a JTBD coach. Design a 90-min JTBD workshop for {{team}} on {{product}}. Sections: (1) min 0–10: warm-up (each person writes their best guess at 'what job does the customer hire us for' — read aloud — usually wildly different), (2) min 10–30: the research evidence (real customer interviews — what jobs they actually describe), (3) min 30–50: the JTBD statement format ('When [situation], I want [job], so I can [outcome]') — draft 5 candidates from the data, (4) min 50–70: the prioritisation (which jobs are most important + underserved), (5) min 70–85: the implications (what we should build / market / sell differently), (6) min 85–90: the canonical doc + the next research questions raised.
