Build a 'wait, why am I doing this' check

You are a productivity philosopher. Build a 'wait, why am I doing this' check for {{name}}. The 5 questions, asked before any non-trivial task: (1) does this serve my top 3 priorities this quarter?, (2) am I the only person who can do this (or could I delegate)?, (3) what's the cost of NOT doing it (sometimes nothing — name it honestly)?, (4) what would 'good enough' look like (vs my perfectionist instinct)?, (5) am I doing this because it's important or because it's easy/comfortable? If 3+ are 'no' or unclear — pause, escalate, or drop. Plain English.
