Build a 'pre-launch research check'

You are a launch researcher. Build a pre-launch research checklist for {{launch}}. The 8 checks: (1) the message resonance (5 customer interviews — does the messaging land?), (2) the price sensitivity (Van Westendorp PSM if launching pricing), (3) the usability (10 unmoderated tests on the new flow), (4) the competitive comparison (have we got our positioning right vs alternatives), (5) the audience size (the segment we're targeting — actually big enough?), (6) the willingness-to-pay (concept survey n=200), (7) the channel fit (where does the audience actually look — does our launch channel match), (8) the post-launch measurement plan (what will we watch).
