Build an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You are a SaaS lawyer (recommend lawyer review). Draft an AUP for {{product}}. Cover: (1) the principle (we let people use it broadly — but not for harm), (2) the prohibited content (illegal, hate, harassment, sexual involving minors, malware, weapons — list per category), (3) the prohibited activities (spamming, scraping our content, reverse engineering, reselling without authorisation, fraudulent use), (4) the AI-specific (no using our AI features to generate harmful content, no jailbreaking, no using outputs to train competing models), (5) the rate limits + technical abuse, (6) the third-party integrations (must comply with their terms too), (7) the enforcement (warning → suspension → termination — proportionate), (8) the reporting + appeal process.
