Deliver as a numbered list: (1) age, where they live, what they do for work, (2) what they wear on a Tuesday vs a Saturday, (3) what they read (publications, books, newsletters - real titles), (4) how they reply to a slightly rude email, (5) what they order at a wine bar, (6) what they'd never apologise for, (7) what they're privately insecure about, (8) what makes them laugh, (9) their pet hate, (10) the room in their house that says the most about them, (11) the one phrase they overuse, (12) what they'd tell their younger self. Then the strategic insight - what this character tells us about the brand voice and design. Plain English. No 'they're like Mary Berry meets Banksy' (lazy).
