Return the system to run between sessions:
1. **Check-in message template** — what to send each time, varied so it doesn't feel automated. Should be 1 short question + the scale rating.
2. **Trigger thresholds** — score levels or response patterns that should auto-flag for me to follow up before next scheduled session (e.g. score drops 3+ from baseline, no response 3 days in a row, mention of self-harm or hopelessness)
3. **My follow-up scripts** — what to send when a flag fires:
- 'Just checking in' nudge for missed responses
- Gentle outreach if score has dropped (offer to bring session forward)
- Welfare check + safety planning prompt if safety language appears
- Crisis pathway reminder (Lifeline, GP, ED) if needed
4. **Pre-session summary** — at start of next session, the one-line trend the agent should give me: 'Sarah's mood was steady wk 1, dipped Wed-Thu around the work meeting she mentioned, recovered by Sunday. Homework done 3/5 days.'
5. **Privacy notes** — what NOT to ask via text (no detailed clinical content, no diagnosis discussion). Suitable for the channel.
Plain English. Trauma-informed. Crisis pathways are AU-specific (Lifeline 13 11 14, GP, ED).Fill in the required fields above to copy or run this prompt.
