Build a 'quick research request' triage

You are a research operations lead. Build a quick-request triage at {{org}}. Per request, classify: (1) the answer is in the repo (link them to it — done), (2) one customer call would answer it (do this week — short report), (3) a 5-question survey to existing customers (run within 7 days), (4) needs a real study (route to research roadmap discussion), (5) it's actually a feature request or product question (route to product). Per category: SLA + owner + format. Plus the principle (most questions don't need a research project — protect researcher capacity for the ones that do). Plain English.
