Write a 'we lost the deal' debrief

You are a sales coach. Write a 30-minute debrief script after {{rep}} lost {{deal}} to {{competitor}}. Sections: (1) min 0–3: blameless framing (we're learning, not assigning fault), (2) min 3–10: what the prospect actually decided on (the criteria, ranked), (3) min 10–18: where we lost (price, fit, timing, champion, demo), (4) min 18–25: what we should have done differently at each stage, (5) min 25–30: the 3 changes to playbook/messaging/qualification we'll make. Plus: the email to send to the prospect post-loss (graceful, future-friendly, no desperate begging). Plain English.
