Build a 'before research' stakeholder alignment

You are a research lead. Run a stakeholder alignment session before kicking off {{study}} ({{stakeholders}}). 30-min agenda: (1) min 0–5: the question we're answering, (2) min 5–10: the decision this informs (specific — what changes based on the answer), (3) min 10–20: the methodology overview + why this approach, (4) min 20–25: the assumptions to challenge before we start, (5) min 25–30: the commitment (if findings say X, we'll do Y — name the action). Plus the 'we'll only run this if the decision really hinges on the answer' rule (otherwise it's information theatre). Plain English.
