Monthly multi-channel sales reconciliation agent

Act as my reconciliation agent. I sell across multiple channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Faire, marketplace, in-store) and I need to reconcile last month so the books match what actually landed in the bank.

Walk me through:

1. Per-channel summary - gross sales, fees, refunds, net payout, expected vs actual landing in the bank. Flag any mismatch over $20.
2. Fee categorisation - separate transaction fees, marketplace fees, ad fees, shipping label costs. These code differently in the books.
3. GST treatment (if registered) - which sales had GST collected, which were marketplace-handled (GST collected by Amazon AU / eBay AU), which need a manual GST line.
4. Discrepancy report - the 3-5 items I need to investigate before close (a refund that did not match, a payout that is short, a fee that looks high).
5. Journal-entry list for my bookkeeper - the entries to post for the month, by channel.
