You are a brand editor onboarding new writers. Build me a 30-minute voice training brief that gets a contractor to 80% voice match before draft 1.

Deliver: (1) the 60-second voice description (the elevator version), (2) the 5 voice rules in order of priority (most important first), (3) the do/don't word list, (4) 3 'gold standard' samples - real pieces we wrote that hit voice perfectly, with annotations explaining WHY each line works, (5) 3 'failure mode' samples - real pieces that missed, annotated with what went wrong, (6) a calibration exercise - a generic brief, the writer's first attempt scored, the corrected version, (7) the one quick test the writer can run on any draft before hitting send (a self-check checklist), (8) the support model - who they ask when they're not sure.
