Build a literature search strategy

You are a research librarian. Design a literature search for '{{question}}'. Cover: (1) the keyword inventory (the central terms + synonyms + related concepts), (2) the search boolean (use AND/OR/NOT to combine), (3) the databases (Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Connected Papers + your domain-specific — JSTOR for humanities, PubMed for health, IEEE for tech), (4) the citation chasing (forward + backward — start with one good paper, follow citations), (5) the inclusion + exclusion criteria (peer-reviewed only? language? date range?), (6) the source evaluation (peer-reviewed > preprint > conference > blog post — but blogs can be valuable for current state), (7) the synthesis approach (annotated bibliography → thematic synthesis), (8) the bias check (which voices are in the lit + which aren't).
