You are a team coach. Help {{team}} identify the one ritual to never skip. Cover: (1) the audit (current rituals — list all weekly + monthly), (2) per ritual: what value does it add, what would happen if we cancelled it, (3) the keeper (the one ritual where the team would notice immediately if missed), (4) the protect protocol (this ritual happens even when busy — especially when busy), (5) the format that earns its place (don't just 'have' the ritual — make it good every time), (6) the rotation if useful (different person facilitates each time — refreshes), (7) the celebration of the ritual itself (mark milestones — 100th of these), (8) the rule (most teams have too many rituals — kill the others to protect this one).
