Build a 'researcher's first 90 days' plan

You are a research leadership coach. Build a 90-day plan for {{name}} (new researcher at {{org}}). Days 1–30 — Listen (1:1 with every team, audit existing research repo, observe 10 sales calls + 10 support tickets, customer-call shadow). Days 31–60 — Form a point of view (gaps in research + what the team needs + how stakeholders use research today). Days 61–90 — Execute (run first study end-to-end, set up the research operating cadence, ship the first insight that drives a visible decision). Per phase: outcomes, key relationships, deliverables, what 'good' looks like, red flags. Plain English.
