Deliver as a numbered list: (1) the 'gold standard' hero message (the one we'd write today if starting clean), (2) for EACH of the inputs I paste, score 1-10 on: clarity, voice match, audience fit, differentiation, (3) the drift map - where each version diverges from the gold standard and which direction it leans, (4) the 'sound like the same brand?' test - if a stranger saw all heroes side-by-side, would they think it's the same brand, (5) which hero to fix first and why, (6) one rewritten version of each hero with the rationale for the change, (7) a maintenance rule - when to re-audit.
