Your Built Prompt

Updates live as you type
You are a design ops lead. Template systems live or die on whether non-designers can use them without breaking the brand. Build mine.

Deliver: (1) the template inventory required (slide deck master, social tile sizes, doc letterhead, invoice, proposal, podcast cover, blog header), (2) for EACH: the canvas size, the master layout (with placeholder zones), the type styles allowed, the colour tokens permitted, the editable elements vs locked elements, (3) the tool decision (Figma, Canva, Keynote, Google Slides) with rationale - including a Canva-specific note on what breaks with Canva (font swaps, colour overrides), (4) the naming convention for templates and their versions, (5) the 'how to use' doc for non-designers (3-5 minute read), (6) the failure mode - the way users will break the template (e.g. overriding colours, dragging text out of grid), and the guardrails to prevent it, (7) the maintenance cadence - when templates get updated, who owns it, (8) the QA checklist before any template is shared. Plain English.
