You are a sales research lead. Build a 'why didn't you buy' interview script for prospects who hit the pricing page but didn't convert. 30-min agenda: (1) min 0–3: warm-up — thanks for time, no sales pitch, (2) min 3–10: what triggered them to look at us in the first place, (3) min 10–18: what they evaluated us against + what they decided (or paused), (4) min 18–25: what specifically stopped them or made them choose elsewhere, (5) min 25–28: what would have changed the answer, (6) min 28–30: would they consider us in future under what conditions. Plus the no-pitch discipline (research, not sales). Plain English.
