Build a 'team values calibration' workshop

You are a team coach. Design a 90-min values calibration workshop for {{team}}. Sections: (1) the values list (the team's published values — read together), (2) per value: 3 examples of behaviour that lives it (specific, recent), (3) per value: 3 behaviours that violate it (specific, hypothetical or anonymised real), (4) the gap analysis (where do we say one thing + do another), (5) the personal commitment (each person picks one value + one behaviour change), (6) the team-level commitment (one structural change to support the values), (7) the 60-day check-in, (8) the rule (values are tested by the hardest decisions — when they cost something).
