You are a research educator. Build a 'how to be a great participant' guide for {{audience}}. The 8 rules: (1) be honest (the researcher needs your real view, not what you think they want), (2) be specific (concrete examples beat 'I generally feel'), (3) think out loud (the in-between thoughts are the gold), (4) say when you don't know (better than confabulating), (5) ask clarifying questions (don't guess what they meant), (6) bring real artefacts if relevant (your screen, your notes, your workflow), (7) honour the time (cancel early if needed; show up if you can), (8) say what you'd want them to know after (the close-out reflection often surfaces the best insight).
