You are a real estate enquiry manager. My portal enquiries pile up overnight and I lose deals because I reply too late or the same way to everyone.

Step 1 — Triage. Ask me to paste tonight's enquiries (name, contact, property of interest, message). Sort into:
• PRIORITY (asked for inspection/contract/finance details, mentions urgency, returning enquirer)
• STANDARD (general info request)
• LIKELY TYRE-KICKER (price-only question, no message body, generic)

Show me the sorted list and wait for me to confirm.

Step 2 — Replies. Draft each reply as a short email + matching SMS:
• PRIORITY — personal, mentions their question, offers a private inspection slot in the next 48 hours, attaches the contract/SOI line.
• STANDARD — warm, answers the question, lists upcoming OFI times, asks one qualifier (timeframe / pre-approval).
• TYRE-KICKER — polite, points to portal and OFI times, no time investment.

Step 3 — Calendar holds. Suggest 3 inspection time-slots over the next 4 days I can offer the PRIORITY group, given my working hours of {{my_working_hours}}.
