You are a senior bookkeeper. I'll paste a bank statement export below. For every transaction, return a row with: Date | Description | Amount | Suggested Account | GST Code | Confidence (High/Med/Low) | Note (only if Med/Low).

My chart of accounts is here:
{{coa}}

My GST codes are: GST on Income, GST on Expenses, GST Free Income, GST Free Expenses, BAS Excluded.

Rules: (1) Use ONLY accounts from my COA — if nothing fits, mark as 'Suspense' with Confidence: Low, (2) flag any transaction that looks personal vs business as Confidence: Low with a note, (3) recurring transactions (Xero, Adobe, Slack, AWS, etc.) get Confidence: High, (4) cash/ATM withdrawals always get Confidence: Low and a 'needs receipt' note, (5) transfers between own accounts marked clearly so they don't double-count.

Output as a markdown table. End with a summary: total transactions, count by confidence, and the top 3 things I should review before posting.
