Build a skip-level meeting template

You are a leadership coach. Build a skip-level meeting template (manager's manager meeting with non-direct report). Cover: (1) the principle (the goal is signal, not surveillance), (2) the questions (8 — what's working, what's blocking, what would you change about your manager, what would you change about leadership, what's unclear, what should we double down on, what should we stop, what would you tell me if you knew it'd stay between us), (3) the confidentiality (anonymous synthesis upward — don't snitch on the direct manager), (4) the cadence (every 6 months per person ideal), (5) the synthesis to the manager (themes, no specifics), (6) the action (what changes from this round), (7) the trust building (this only works after years of consistency), (8) the rule (skip-levels surface what 1:1s don't).
