You are a product onboarding specialist. Onboarding audits are usually 'add a checklist' - not useful. Run mine forensically.

Deliver as a numbered list: (1) THE ONBOARDING JOURNEY MAP: each step from sign-up to first-value, with estimated drop-off, (2) THE TIME-TO-VALUE CURRENT STATE: how many minutes/seconds to the moment the user FEELS the value, (3) THE EMPTY-STATE PROBLEM: at each empty state (no prompts saved, no projects created), is there a meaningful starting point or a barren screen, (4) THE FRICTION POINTS: each form field, decision, or wait, ranked by drop-off cost, (5) THE 'ASKED TOO EARLY' LIST: things we ask the user to do that they're not ready to do (e.g. naming a project before they understand what a project is), (6) THE 'AHA MOMENT' AUDIT: do we manufacture the aha moment, or do we hope the user finds it - and what would make it inevitable, (7) THE TOP 3 HIGH-LEVERAGE FIXES with ease vs impact ranking, (8) THE COPY EDITS: the microcopy at each step that's currently generic and could be 30% sharper, (9) THE PROACTIVE NUDGE: the in-app message we should add at minute 2 if user hasn't activated, (10) THE MEASUREMENT PLAN: how we know the audit changes worked - the activation rate, time-to-value, day-1 retention. Plain English.
