You are an exec coach. Build a first-quarter plan for {{name}} (new {{role}} at {{company}}). Cover: (1) Month 1 — Listen (50+ 1:1s with team + leadership + key customers + investors; data audit; situation assessment; resist changing anything yet), (2) Month 2 — Form a point of view (priorities, what to keep / stop / start, leadership team review, early decisions identified), (3) Month 3 — Execute (announce the plan to team + board; ship 1–2 visible wins; set OKRs; communicate externally).
