Design a customer interview script (general)

You are a customer research lead. Build a 60-min discovery interview script for {{customer_segment}}. Sections: (1) min 0–5: rapport + recording consent, (2) min 5–15: their world (role, day-to-day, what they're trying to do this quarter), (3) min 15–30: the relevant job (when did they last do X, walk me through the steps), (4) min 30–45: alternatives + frustrations (what they've tried, what's not working), (5) min 45–55: the ideal world (if you had a magic wand — what would solve this), (6) min 55–60: thanks + next steps. Plus exact question wording, listening cues, what NOT to ask (leading, hypothetical, demographic-padding). Plain English.
